    In accordance with Section 4.07 of the Bylaws for Garden Valley Ranch Homeowners Association, Inc. you are hereby given notice that an Annual Meeting of the Members is scheduled for June 16, 2025. The primary purpose of the Annual Meeting is to elect two (2) members to the Board of Directors, review 2024 and 2025 financials and discuss future plans. The meeting will be held via Microsoft Teams and the instructions for the meeting are below.

    The election will be held online via the association’s website. Voting will open after the conclusion of the annual meeting and will take place for 24 hours. We anticipate releasing results of the election within 72 hours of when voting ends. If you cannot attend the meeting and do not wish to vote online, you may complete the attached proxy. All proxies must be turned in by noon on June 16, 2025, to TJ Williams at tj@legacyswhoa.com. No proxies will be accepted after this time. All proxies will be validated.
