Garden Valley Ranch HOA Update

The Board of Directors hopes everyone is doing well and staying safe. Thank you for your continued patience during Covid-19 as we continue to work to improve Garden Valley Ranch. Please see some updates below.

• The community pool is now open daily from 9pm to 9pm! Please refer to the rules on the website and remember to submit the Covid-19 Waiver. Due to the pool and playground being closed for several months our vendors are working to clean up weeds and trash today and tomorrow. Please remember to bring your own furniture to the pool.
• The canal area is temporarily closed for construction. Updates will be announced as soon as possible.
• A neighborhood crime watch is being formed. If you are interested please email Ryan Smith at ryan@legacysouthwestpm.com
• The pond and playground on Waters Edge Lane are open for your enjoyment!
