Committee Opportunity - Architectural Control Committee

The Garden Valley Ranch HOA is seeking two (2) homeowners who are interested in serving on theArchitectural Control Committee (ACC).

The ACC plays an important role in preserving the appearance and architectural harmony of our community. Committee members review and approve homeowner requests for exterior changes, such as landscaping, fencing, painting, and other property modifications, to ensure compliance with the community’s Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs;).

Qualifications & Expectations:

• Must be a current homeowner in good standing.
• Must be able to review requests objectively and maintain confidentiality.
• Willing to attend meetings or communicate with the Board as needed.
