Hours of operation are 9am to 9pm daily.
Your Board of Directors have been working hard over the last few weeks with many entities about the best way to open your neighborhood pool and maintain the safety of our residents. Due to COVID-19, many operational changes are having to be made. We are excited to announce that the pool will open on Friday July 31, 2020. The board thanks you for your continued patience while we continue to navigate the pandemic crisis. We are hopeful that with the community’s help and understanding that the pool can remain open until October 1, 2020. Click Full Story for more information.

We hope everyone is doing well and staying safe. We have been in discussions daily with management, attorneys and insurance professionals. Unfortunately we do not feel like we can open the pool at this time. We are hopeful the pool can be opened soon. We do not take this decision lightly and will continue to evaluate when we can possibly open. Many factors are going into this decision. Safety of our residents is the most important. Costs associated with operating changes that currently must be made with CDC guidelines and the hiring of pool monitors do not make it cost effective to open the pool at this time.
The Covid-19 situation is changing every day. We expect the occupancy limits and guidelines to change in the coming days. We will continue to make preparations to open the pool and will update the community when necessary.

As public aquatic venues open in some areas, CDC offers the following considerations for the safety of those who operate, manage, and use public pools, hot tubs, and water playgrounds. All decisions about implementing these considerations should be made locally, in collaboration with local health officials. Operators of public aquatic venues can consult with local officials to determine if and how to implement these considerations while adjusting them to meet the unique needs and circumstances of the local jurisdiction. Their implementation should also be informed by what is feasible, practical, and acceptable. Click Full Story for more information.

I would like to take this opportunity to inform you about how Legacy Southwest Property Management LLC is addressing the current spread of COVID-19.
Staff members will be working remote and performing community inspections as usual. We ask that you make an appointment if you are needing to come to the Corporate office in Frisco.
We have disaster plans in place for telecommuting and our company is prepared to handle all business functions such as board meetings through GoToMeeting. We recommend that you postpone or cancel any large social events temporarily in order to help prevent the virus from spreading. The Legacy Family and it’s Homeowners health and well-being is priority, which is why these efforts are in place. Our homeowners should feel minimum impact as emails and phone calls will remain being answered during our normal operating hours, 9AM-5PM Monday-Thursday and Friday 9am-3pm.
